6. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Processors and transfers

Enquiry forms are processed by Web3Forms and website analytics by Google Analytics (GA4). These providers may process data outside India, which can include data from NRI visitors. We retain enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and to keep legal records.

Your rights and consent

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing operations@grivaacapital.com. Submitting the enquiry form requires an explicit consent tick; continued browsing alone is not consent to form data processing.
